Noel’s previous roles include General Manager HR & IR, Qube Ports & Bulk, Group GM HR Mirvac, Director HR Rothmans Asia Pacific and Europe, Vice President HR Young & Rubicam Asia Pacific and Director HR Pacific at PepsiCo.

He served as NSW President and non Executive Director of the Australian Human Resources Institute and was awarded the Australian Human Resource Institute medal for contribution to the Human Resources function.
